There are days—days when everything just goes horribly wrong. Work life isn’t supposed to be easy, but today felt like a bit much. Exhausted, too tired even to eat, I stepped into the break room and saw my colleague smiling as always. He gently patted my shoulder, noticing how worn out I looked, and asked in a careful voice, “Do you maybe want to take a break in my car?”
