I’ve lived my life like a short-distance relay race, always focused on what’s ahead. I studied relentlessly to get into a good university, to land a job at a prestigious company. Though I succeeded in landing a job everyone envied, I realized I had no idea how I was truly living or where I was headed. Exhausted by everything, I ran away and found myself at a guesthouse. That’s where I met him. He showed me something no one else ever had--that it’s okay to take a detour sometimes.
