PLING Purchase and Usage Scope

·Charged PLING(s) are redeemable for PLING services, either on the web or in the app.

·Purchase a content on the web, enjoy using the app.

·Bonus / Event PLING(s) you get from participating in events or purchasing paid items do not expire. Please note that Bonus / Event PLING(s) are first to be used up.

·All PLING prices include VAT.

Checkout Error

·Some card issuers may not process payments over 50,000 KRW.

In case of a payment error, please use the 1:1 Inquiriesto leave your inquiry.

Canceling charged PLING(s) and Refunds

·If you haven't used the Charged PLING(s) (ex: 10 PLING(s), 50 PLING(s)), you may cancel payment within 7 days of purchase.

·After you use a part of the Charged PLING(s) (including Bonus PLING), you cannot cancel payment.

·Vouchers and free extra PLING(s) given through events cannot be canceled or refunded.

·Balance PLING(s) are not refundable.
